If you’re not entirely happy with your new swimmers, you can return them for a refund or exchange via the process below. This includes sale items and change of mind returns. And what’s more if you’re an Australian customer we'll even pick up the tab for the return shipping.

Creating a return is easy, simply follow the steps below.

How to return or exchange an item - Australian customers:

  1. Complete our online Australian Returns Form here
    PLEASE NOTE: After submitting the form you will NOT receive an email with further instructions, simply follow steps 2-5 below to complete your returns submission.
  2. Package up each item in their CORRECT individual packaging.  Please ensure this step is completed for a free return (i.e. no restocking fee).
  3. Ensure all items are returned unworn, unused and with the original tags and hygiene stickers intact, within 10 days of receiving your order (excluding delivery time).
  4. Write your name and order number on the Returns card that was included in your original parcel, and pop this back in the package along with the items you're returning.
  5. Address your parcel to the following address and take it into any Australia Post shop. Please make sure you hand it over the desk, rather than just leaving it in a post box, as this is required for the return paid number to work, which ensures free shipping.

  3. Ensure all items are returned unworn, unused and with the original tags and hygiene stickers intact, within 10 days of receiving your order (excluding delivery time).
  4. Write your name and order number on the Returns card that was included in your original parcel, and pop this back in the package along with the items you're returning.
  5. Address your parcel to the following address and drop it off at the post office. Unfortunately we're unable to pay for the cost of shipping back to Australia, but see below for free international shipping on exchanges.

Exchanges

If it's just a sizing issue or there's another style you feel would suit you better, then we’re happy to arrange an exchange, simply note this on the returns form in the item exchange section and we'll manage the rest, free of charge.

We have good news for international customers, you can now receive free shipping on your exchange! Simply reorder the new size or style via our website, and contact customer service on info@rhswimwear.com.au for a free shipping code that you can apply to your new order.

Wrong item or defect

If you have received an item that does not match the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team at info@rhswimwear.com.au as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of receiving your order).

All returns - a little more information

Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. Once received, your return will be processed within 1-4 business days, please allow up to 14 days for the entire returns process. You will receive an automated email confirming that your refund and/or exchange has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 1-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
