Free Australian returns!
We understand that unfortunately sometimes things don't fit exactly as you'd thought, so we're happy to refund any item purchased, providing they are returned unworn (with the original tags and hygiene stickers in tact) and in their original packaging.
We'll even pick up the tab for the return shipping. Just download and complete the below Returns Form, package up your item/s, stick the return address label onto the outside of the parcel and take it to an Australia Post shop (within 10 days of receipt).
Please note you may be charged if you don't use the return address label or if you do not use Australia Post.

As with Australian returns we're happy to offer you a full refund for any items returned. However we unfortunately aren't able to pay for the return shipping.
If returning an international order then please:
- Fill out the Return Form
- Package this up along with the item/s in their original packaging
- Address it to: RH swimwear, 132 Harbord Rd, Freshwater, NSW, 2096, AUSTRALIA
- Then drop it off at the post office.

If it's just a sizing issue or there's another style you feel would suit you better, then please complete the exchange section of the Returns form and we'll send out your new item/s free of charge.
All returns - a little more information
Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an automated email confirming that your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order (excluding delivery time).
Items must be returned as they were received – unworn, unused and with all tags and hygiene stickers in tact.
If you have received an item that does not match the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of purchase).
In the unlikely event you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of purchase).
